You must report ALL missed bins so we have a record and can fix any problems. We'll aim to empty your bin within 48 hours if you meet ALL of these criteria:
- You've reported the same missed bin on one or more consecutive occasions or we have a record of being unable to collect your bin eg due to blocked access, vehicle breakdown, adverse weather.
- You're making this request after 5pm on your collection day or at any time afterwards.
- You correctly presented the right bin before 7am on the day of collection.
If you don't meet this criteria please continue to report your missed bin but be aware we won't return to collect it. Please take your bin back in and put it out on your next scheduled collection date. Alternatively, you can dispose of this free of charge at one of our
household waste recycling centres.
