The Tier 3 Localised Restrictions Support Grant is for businesses who had to close on Friday, 23 October 2020 when the borough went into tier 3 restrictions.
You're eligible for this grant if your business was open on Thursday, 22 October 2020 but was forced to close on Friday, 23 October 2020 due to local COVID alert level: very high (tier 3) restrictions.
The businesses eligible for this grant are:
Pubs and bars
not serving substantial meals
Adult gaming centres
Soft play areas
How to claim
You do not need to apply for this grant. We’ve decided which businesses qualify based on the categories above and when you receive payment for the National Localised Restrictions Support Grant (Closed) you'll receive a separate payment for the Tier 3 Localised Restrictions Support Grant.
What you'll get
The amount of money you'll receive depends on the rateable value of your property.
The payment is for the 13 days that the borough was under tier 3 restrictions, before the national restrictions started on Thursday, 5 November 2020.

How you're paid
The Tier 3 Localised Restrictions Support Grant will be paid into your bank or building society account.
We aim to make a payment within 7 working days. If we need any additional information, we'll contact you. You'll receive an email when we've processed your payment.
